Honey Here Honey Here

Adults only. Not for anyone under 18.

Terms of Service

Version 1 · 3 October 2026

Effective date: 3 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the Honey Here Official Team. They cover the Honey Here app, audio rooms, posts, chat, coins, gifts, agencies, and related services.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Honey Here. This includes guest browsing, an account, posts, chat, coins, and every live feature.

The app is not for anyone under 18. People under 18 are not granted access to audio rooms. Video livestream is planned for a later release. When it is available, people under 18 will not be granted access to it either.

By continuing past the login screen, or by using the app as a guest, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account is used by someone under 18, we ban that ID and remove live access.

2. The account and the public ID

Sign-in is by mobile number and a one-time code. Each account has a public user ID. You are responsible for the activity on that ID. Do not share the one-time code with anyone.

You may browse some screens as a guest. A guest session is still subject to these terms and to the 18+ rule. Posting, chatting, taking a seat, sending gifts, and using a wallet require an account.

3. What Honey Here offers today

Video livestream is not part of the service today. It will be added in the future. When it launches, these same terms apply, access is 18+ only, and people under 18 will not receive video livestream access. A camera broadcast must follow the Community Guidelines and Child safety rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos, and other material you submit. You give Honey Here a license to host, display, and transmit that material so the service can work: to show a post, deliver a chat, or carry your live voice (and, later, live video) to people in the room.

You are responsible for your content. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You will follow the Community Guidelines. You will not use Honey Here to harm minors, scam other people, cheat a recharge, harass, impersonate, or break the law. You will not try to bypass a ban, probe the service, or interfere with rooms or payments.

6. Coins, gifts, and stars

Coins and stars are virtual items inside Honey Here. They are not cash, not a bank balance, and not an investment. The Coins and virtual items policy is part of these terms.

7. Agencies

Agency applications can be approved, rejected, or suspended. A suspension is of the agency. It is separate from a personal ID ban unless the Official Team also bans the owner's account. Host settlement, where offered, follows the agency's arrangement with the Official Team.

8. Room block and ID ban

These are different tools.

Room block. The host of one audio room may block a person from that room. The blocked person is removed from the seat and the room and cannot rejoin, chat, request a seat, or send gifts in that room until the host removes the block. The person's account, public ID, and other rooms stay available.

ID ban. The Official Team may ban the account behind a public user ID. How that works is in section 9.

9. How an ID is banned

  1. A super admin, or a moderator allowed to ban users, bans the account in the Honey Here admin console. An optional reason may be stored, up to 500 characters.
  2. Phone sign-in for that account is disabled. The same number cannot open a session until the ban is lifted.
  3. A private moderation record stores that the ID is banned, the time, the staff member, and the reason. That record is not written onto the public profile.
  4. Profile search hides a banned ID.
  5. Because sign-in is disabled, the banned person cannot use rooms, posts, chat, gifts, or the wallet on that account.
  6. The Official Team may unban the account. Unban turns sign-in back on and clears the ban flag.
  7. Opening another account to avoid a ban is a violation. That new ID can be banned as well.
  8. A ban can be applied for being under 18, for child sexual abuse or exploitation, for harassment, hate, scams, illegal activity, impersonation, spam, payment fraud, or for breaking these terms or the community guidelines.
  9. A deletion request does not automatically lift a ban. We may keep the ban record to protect other users.

10. Ending the service for you

You may request deletion as described on the Account deletion page. We may suspend or ban an ID, or suspend an agency, where these terms are broken. We may also refuse a recharge that fails review.

11. Disclaimers

Live voice, and future live video, depend on your network and device. Coins have no cash value except where an approved settlement program says otherwise. The service is provided as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from the admin console. The page address does not change. The new version shows its effective date. If you keep using Honey Here after that date, you accept the update.
