Effective date: 3 October 2026
You can ask the Honey Here Official Team to delete the account behind your public user ID.
How to request deletion
- Open Honey Here and go to Settings → Delete account, or email support@honeyhere.app directly.
- Send your public user ID (Settings → User ID) and the phone number on the account.
- Use the subject Delete my account.
- We may reply to confirm that the request comes from the holder of that number.
There is no separate web form. The email above is the request path, and the same steps are linked from Settings inside the app.
What we do
After we confirm the request:
- Phone sign-in for that account is disabled, so the ID cannot be used.
- Within 30 days we delete or anonymize the profile, posts, comments, follow relationships, and chat we can tie to that account.
- Coins and stars remaining on the account are forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Push tokens for that account are removed as part of deletion.
What we may keep
We may keep information we still need for:
- Payment disputes, accounting, and recharge reviews (amount, status, and payment reference)
- Fraud prevention
- A ban record, if the ID was banned, so the same person cannot return by opening a new account
- Legal claims and safety reports, including child-safety reports
A deletion request does not by itself lift an ID ban.
Ban is different from deletion
If the Official Team bans an ID, sign-in is disabled because of a rule violation. The moderation record stays. Deletion is something you ask for. Both end sign-in. Only a confirmed deletion request starts the 30-day deletion of profile and content described above.
Under 18
If you are a parent and the account belongs to someone under 18, email support@honeyhere.app. We will ban the ID and remove live access. Honey Here is not for anyone under 18, and people under 18 are not given audio-room access or, when it exists, video livestream access.
