This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It covers coins, gifts, stars, frames, and entry effects inside Honey Here.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to buy coins, send gifts, or receive stars. People under 18 are not offered live rooms or, when it launches, video livestream, and they are not offered the wallet.
What coins are
Coins are a limited license to use virtual items in Honey Here. They are not money, not a stored-value account at a bank, and not transferable as cash between users. Stars are the host-side balance that increases when a gift is sent under the gift rules. Stars are also virtual.
Prices and packs can differ for India and Bangladesh. Your profile country follows the phone number on the account.
How coins are added
- India. You submit a PhonePe recharge. The Official Team reviews it. Coins are added only after approval.
- Bangladesh. You submit a bKash recharge. The same review applies.
- Coin sellers. An approved seller may transfer coins to a public user ID.
- Official credit. A super admin may credit coins directly.
A recharge can be rejected. Locked reasons include a fake payment, a forwarded UTR, and an amount that does not match. A rejected recharge does not add coins. You may receive an SMS explaining the result. Serious or repeated fraud can lead to an ID ban: sign-in is disabled and a private moderation record is stored.
Gifts
Sending a gift spends coins from your wallet when the gift flow succeeds. The host receives stars according to the gift rules. A gift in a room is visible to people in that room as the product shows it (for example a chat line or an animation).
If the host has blocked you from that room, you cannot send a gift there. A room block does not empty your wallet. An ID ban disables the account, so the wallet on that ID cannot be used.
What we may reverse
We may reverse coins or stars that were added or moved by fraud, by a system error, or in violation of the terms. We may do this when we ban an ID.
Settlement
Coins are not redeemed for cash as a general right. Where an approved agency has a settlement arrangement with the Official Team, host stars are settled only through that arrangement. A suspended agency cannot use that path until it is reinstated.
Refunds
Approved coins are generally not refunded, except where the law requires a refund or where the Official Team finds a duplicate charge or a clear error. Contact support@honeyhere.app with your public user ID and the payment reference.
Future video
Video livestream is not available today. When it is released, gifts and coins used on that feature will follow this policy, and access to the stream will be 18+ only.
