Effective date: 3 October 2026
Honey Here is a place for adults. These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, comments, chat, audio rooms, gifts, and, when it launches, video livestream.
Everyone on Honey Here must be 18 or older. The product is not for minors. People under 18 do not get live access.
Be an adult, and keep minors out
- Do not use Honey Here if you are under 18.
- Do not present a minor as a host, guest, or viewer in a live room.
- Do not post, request, or stream sexual content involving anyone under 18. That content is forbidden even if you claim the person is an adult.
- If you see a minor, or sexual content involving a minor, email support@honeyhere.app with the public user ID, the room name, and the time. See Child safety.
Live rooms
Audio rooms are live voice for adults. Video livestream is coming later. When it is released:
- Only people who are 18 or older may go live or watch.
- People under 18 will not be given video livestream access.
- Nudity, sexual activity, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited on video the same way they are prohibited in chat and posts.
- A host is responsible for the room they open, including guests they allow on a seat.
Today, in audio rooms, do not use the mic or room chat for threats, hate, scams, or sexual content involving minors.
Posts, chat, and profiles
Do not post or send:
- Harassment, threats, or stalking
- Hate against a person or group
- Sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Scams, fake recharge proof, or impersonation of the Official Team, an agency, or another user
- Spam or misleading payment instructions
- Anything illegal
Do not publish someone else's private phone number, address, or identity documents.
Payments and gifts
Do not submit a fake payment, a forwarded UTR, or a screenshot for an amount you did not pay. Those recharges are rejected. Repeated or serious fraud can lead to an ID ban. Gifts must not be used to pressure, extort, or exploit anyone.
What a host can do
A host may block a user from that one room. The blocked user is removed and cannot rejoin, chat, take a seat, or send a gift there until the host unblocks them. A host block does not ban the person's ID from Honey Here.
What the Official Team can do
The Official Team can remove content, reject a recharge, suspend an agency, or ban the ID.
An ID ban disables phone sign-in, hides the ID from search, and stores a private moderation record with the time, the staff member, and an optional reason. The person cannot use that account until the Official Team unbans it. A new account opened to dodge a ban can be banned too.
We may also keep payment and safety records after a ban.
Reports
Email support@honeyhere.app. Include the public user ID (Settings → User ID), the room or post, and what happened. For a child-safety emergency, use the same address and write Child safety in the subject. We review reports and act under these guidelines and the Terms of Service.
